A late factory, a changed material or an unanswered message can put an order at risk. We deal with the supplier and work through what needs to happen next.
We take up the issue with the manufacturer against the agreed specification and evidence. Our own Chinese company can contract locally under Chinese law, with quality obligations and remedies agreed before the order.
Materials, components, finishing or packaging can change between approval and mass production. We define checkpoints and inspect while correction is still possible.
A missed collection or incorrect document can hold up an otherwise finished order. We follow the handovers between the factory, inspector, warehouse and forwarder so these gaps get caught.

For managed procurement, our minimum fee is €1,250 per order, so it needs to make sense alongside the value of what you are buying. If you want to buy from Berg instead, send us the product and quantity and we will quote it. There is no one minimum quantity that works for every product.
Yes. If you have a good manufacturer, we are happy to work with them. We can take over the daily follow-up in China without starting the supplier search again.
We start by finding out who you are actually dealing with and checking that the company records match what you have been told. Our €95 company check covers that background work. If you also need to know whether the factory can make your product, we agree a separate assessment, including a visit where needed.
Yes. We agree with you what needs checking and arrange the inspection before the goods leave. If something is wrong, we take it up with the manufacturer and follow the corrections before the shipment decision.
Yes, and we can handle the coordination between them as well. We arrange collection in China and bring the goods together for shipment, rather than leaving you to chase each factory’s ready date.
Yes. Tell us where you need the goods and we will work out the available options. The quotation makes clear where we deliver, who handles import clearance and who pays the duties and taxes.
If you buy through Berg Supply, your agreement is with us and we deal with the manufacturers. With managed procurement, you buy from the suppliers directly and pay us to handle the work. Where our Chinese company is involved in supplier contracting, we explain that arrangement before you order.
Send us the product, quantity and delivery address. A photo, drawing or existing quotation is useful too. You do not need to have every detail ready; we will come back with the questions we need to move it forward.
If we manage your procurement, our fee is 2-8% of the goods value, with a minimum of €1,250 per order. If you buy from Berg Supply, our work is already included in the goods price we quote. For a smaller, defined task, a company check is €95 and supplier research is €650. These prices exclude applicable VAT.
